NextSelf ("we", "us") is an AI relationship-coaching web app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. NextSelf is a coaching product, not a medical or therapy service.
What we collect
• Account — your email address, used for passwordless sign-in.
• Assessment — the answers you give in the quiz.
• Coaching — the messages you send your coach and the responses it generates.
• Technical — basic logs and the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in.
• Payments — handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
To provide and personalize your coaching, remember your history, operate and secure the service, and process subscriptions. We do not sell your data.
Processors we rely on
We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf: Supabase (database & authentication), Anthropic (generating the coach's replies), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Your coaching messages are sent to Anthropic's API to produce a response — please don't share anything you wouldn't want processed by a third-party AI provider.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
Your rights (GDPR)
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at our contact page.
Children
NextSelf is intended for people aged 18 and over.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
NextSelf is a coach, not therapy or a diagnosis.
