NextSelf is an AI relationship coach. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a crisis service. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a helpline (e.g. findahelpline.com).

You must be at least 18. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email — keep access to that inbox secure, as it controls your account.

The assessment, your full profile, and your first coaching moment are free. Unlimited coaching (NextSelf Plus) is $9.99/month or $79/year, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access through the period you've paid for.

Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others. You're responsible for the content you submit.

The coach's guidance is generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. Decisions you make are your own; use your judgment and lean on trusted people in your life.

NextSelf is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
